Appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice will allow another patient access to the appointment time.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients can reschedule appointments up to 6 hours before their appointment. For your convenience, booking confirmation and reminder messages will also include links to reschedule your appointment until the 6 hour cut off.
Cancellation Process
It is expected that if you cannot keep an appointment with us, that notice of cancellation is given as soon as possible. We require that you contact us to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid penalties.
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible by calling, Whatsapp or email. For your convenience, booking confirmation and reminder messages will also include links to reschedule your appointment until the 6 hour cut off.
Penalties for Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of
50% for the first occurrence and
100% for all subsequent occurrences
Exceptions to Cancellation Fees
If you need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen medical emergencies, family emergencies, or severe weather, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling your appointment [with/without penalties], ensuring that you receive the service you need at a more convenient time.
Late and Missed Appointments
If you arrive late to an appointment, but within your appointed time slot, you may receive a shorter consultation in an effort not further inconvenience other clients waiting for their scheduled appointment.
We reserve the right to revise this policy and any changes will be communicated in a timely manner.
Payment is due at the time of the treatment and can be paid in Cash, Pin, Credit Card or Bank Transfer
